Overview
These terms apply to all services provided by Edmonds Lawn Care LLC to our clients in and around Edmonds, Washington. By scheduling or receiving services, you agree to the terms below.
No Refund Policy
All completed work is final. Edmonds Lawn Care LLC does not offer refunds for any services once they have been performed.
If you have a concern about work that was completed, please reach out to us directly. While we do not provide refunds, we are committed to making things right and will work with you to address any legitimate issues.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing in advance.
Lawn Club Memberships
Lawn Club memberships are recurring service subscriptions that provide scheduled lawn care on a regular basis.
To cancel, upgrade, downgrade, or pause your membership, we require a minimum of 14 calendar days written notice prior to your next scheduled service date (30 calendar days notice is preferred, to account for scheduling, reservation of time against other potential work opportunities, administrative requirements, billing requirements, etc.).
Requests submitted with less than 14 days notice will take effect the following billing cycle.
Written notice can be submitted via email or text message. Notice is considered received on the date we confirm receipt in writing.
Scheduling and weather
We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as soon as possible and work to find the next available date that works for both parties.
Property access
By scheduling a service, you confirm that we have permission to access the property on the agreed service date. Please ensure pets are secured and gates are unlocked prior to our arrival.
